Oriental Medicine Treatments
There are other traditional Chinese medical treatments which have being uses since ancient China.
Cupping
Cupping is an ancient therapy by putting special cups on skin to create suction. Then they can relieve pain, promote Qi and Blood circulation, relaxation and well-being, and result as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Tui Na
Tui Na is an ancient Chinese therapeutic massage to remove blockages of qi and blood of body by applying pressure to meridians, acupoints, or muscles, and to relief pain, improve muscular motions, as well as qi and blood flow.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha is using a small tool press-stroke on skin to create therapeutic petechiae and to reduce blockages of qi or blood.
Moxibustion
It is as known as moxa which is burning dried mugwort and indirectly warming on acup-points to stimulate qi and blood flow and to expel dampness and cold pathogen from body.
